COLORPUNCTURE:
USING COLOR AND LIGHT FOR HEALTH AND WELLNESS

Colorpuncture is a revolutionary holistic healing system
using color and light, which is one of Europe's most popular alternative healing
techniques. The originator of Colorpuncture is Peter Mandel, a German scientist
and naturopath, who has conducted over 25 years of intensive research to develop his
unique system.
Scientists are now confirming that light is actually the medium by which
the intra-cellular communication of our bodies take place and light is being touted
as the medicine of the future. Colorpuncture simply uses light and color to
activate your body's own ability to heal itself. A world renown
biophysicist, Dr. Fritz Albert Popp, had the following to say about light:
"We know today that man is essentially a being
of light. And the modern science of photobiology is presently proving this.
In terms of healing, the implications are immense. We now know, for
example, that light can initiate, or arrest, cascade-like reactions in the cells,
and that genetic cellular damage can be virtually repaired, within hours, by faint
beams of light. We are still on the threshold of fully understanding the
complex relationship between light and life, but we can now say, emphatically that
the function of our entire metabolism is dependent on light
."
Colorpuncture offers a unique new way to get to the root of many health
issues, both emotional and physical. The safe, gentle, non-invasive and
relaxing Colorpuncture process can be used to release emotional trauma and
information buried in the subconscious. During a Colorpuncture
session, frequencies of colored light are focused on the skin on acupuncture
or other points using a hand-held tool similar to a small flashlight which has
interchangeable glass rods emitting different colors of light through its tip.
Each color generates different frequencies which communicate energetic
information to the cells of the body. The light is absorbed through the skin
and transmitted along the energy meridians supporting the cellular communication,
which promotes healing. The 14 colors used in colorpuncture are red,
orange, yellow, green, blue, violet, turquoise, crimson, light green, light
turqouise, rose, light gray, medium gray and dark gray.
My children
ask me to "color them"
when they are ill. For common colds, I use the yellow light to open
lympathic blockages in the upper chest and throat. The color yellow
stimulates and strengthens the motor nervous system, metabolism, lympathic,
glandular and digestive systems. I also use the color green in the lower
abdominal region, which aids in the detoxification and cleansing of the body.
Often, my children experience immediate relief from this short 6 minute
session.
I personally like to use the yellow light across my forehead area when in
training and reading because it stimulates intellectual functions, learning
and comprehension. I also use the color blue which produces relaxation
of the mind and body. Using the blue light also reduces fever,
congestion, itching, irritation, and headache pains, as well as stimulates
healing of burns and inflammations with pus.
There are hundreds of different types of
Colorpuncture sessions which use specific sequences and colors for:
Removing Physical and Emotional Pain, Detoxification, Brain Balancing,
Immune Building, Meridian Balancing, Conflict Resolution, Dream Enhancement
and many more. In 1999, I received training and Certification from
the International Mandel Institute for Esogetic Colorpuncture.
During the training, I personally experienced sessions and compared the
before and after results, which changes were verified by Kirlian photography.
Kirlian photography visually reflects the energetic patterns of the
body.
